1. A Govt. issued identity card with residential address is mandatory for all the occupants to present at the time of check in such     as Passport, Driving license, Election I card or any Identity which had been issued by the Govt. of India having photo and     residential address. For Non Indians Nationals passport with valid visa is required.

2. All bookings done on direct payment basis, the rooms will be held till 18.00 hrs. on check-in day until and unless advance     payment is received by us.

3. Minimum age of 21 Years is required to get a room registered in to the Hotel.

4. Children below the age of 5 yrs is Free and till the age of 10 without extra bed the breakfast charges would be applicable and above to the age of

10 yrs extra pax rates will be applicable.

5. A minimum of 50% amount is required to confirm the booking.

6. No amount will be refunded in cash at the reception, the refunds if any will be transferred to the bank account only.

7. No cancellation is allowed on the booking made for the period of common wealth games 2010 (i.e. for the stay between Oct. 1, 2010 to Oct. 15,
    2010)

8. Cancellation done more than 72 hrs before the standard check in time and date no retention will be charge and full booking amount will be
    refunded.

9. Cancellation done with in 72 hrs earlier than 24 hrs, one night tariff will be charged as retention.

10. 100% Booking amount will be deducted in case of No shows or same day cancellation. No refund will be given.

11. Check in and check out time is 1200 noon.

12. Early check in is subject to availability.

13. AS PER THE LAW THE HOTEL PREMISES IS NON SMOKING AREA IF YOU WISH TO SMOKE IT HAS TO BE DONE OUT SIDE THE HOTEL PREMISES."
